Aquascene Ice Fire Echinata

Been a while since I've seen any aquacultured Echinata but I've seen wild aussie colonies on corals.com fairly often that have the ice fire look

I have one tiny frag… It’s super slow grower lol

They’re being imported again! I saw one a couple weeks ago on Greg Carrol’s page.. also know a Aussie who showed me 5 colonies at his local fish store lol.. I’m trying to get a piece myself!

Just looking at that picture made me stress, those things are so darn finicky, like the JD, you look at it wrong, then POOF!

Been too long since my last attempt, but I got the confidence to play with them now 😎

I trust in your skills! You're growing a beautiful JD with killer color, so yeah, you hot the ice fire ni worries. That Hungs Rainbow is another one that will test your acro skills, but I am sure you are aware 😉

I never had issues with them back in the day.. I had both the Aussie and the indo version and decent size colonies also.

I have an Ice Fire from Coral Euphoria before Abe shut down operations, it's been about a year, so I'll update this post when it's a bit more sizeable.

Just talked to Abe - he got his from Reefbum, so whatever his is... mine is that one

How is he doing? Missing him hoping he’s well…
