I made an order from aqua SD, then they called me and said some of the corals were loosing tissue. I asked for a refund for those corals and they said they could. But they would like to just do a few replacement instead. Feeling bad I wanted to meet them half way. I asked for 2 ricordias and a refund for the rest (minus the 2 ricordias) trying to meet them halfway. They said they could do that and they said they would even throw in 3 more ricordias for free. I was spectacle thinking this would mean it was all good so I told them no and I just wanted my refund. And they said "So you don't want free coral" then I said ohhh ok so I would get a refund and free corals and he said yes. So it was settled I thought. I never got a refund and I emailed them and told them this and they never got back to me. The guy just lied to me. What a horrible company! I thought I'd save you all the trouble and just say, Do not buy from them!!

The cherry on top is that when I asked for the Ricordias I said I would like them to be colorful and not green. They sent 2 green ones and 2 very dull ones. And like only 1 decent one. Honestly my experience could not get any worse.
