I just recently started using aquavitro alpha to de chlorinate my tap water. This product has a very strong sulfur smell which my LFS says is normal. So I'm on my second bottle and I noticed a sulfur smell even before my first bottle was gone but I didn't think much of it at first. But now every time I open my lid now to feed my fish I have a sulfur smell for about 5 second then it's gone. I talked to my LFS about it and they have never heard of this happening to anyone. They told me that I must have something in my water and that this product is converting it and that's how it must release it out of my water. I don't know if I believe this or not that's why I'm here. My perimeter are all in a normal range and all my fish are colored up eating good and thriving. So I was just wondering if this is or has happened to anyone else? If so what should I do?

Usually the smell should dissipate. My only guess is that the lid may be stopping the odor from leaving.
