Are all bulkheads created equal

Is there an industry standard as far as outside dimensions are concerned? I'm trying to design a tank with an internal overflow draining out the bottom and need to make sure I have room between the bulk heads and stand.

I believe all schedule 40 bulkheads are the same size.

Schedule 80 is different than schedule 40 tho so be sure to figure out which you’re using
