The male is showing his submission to the female, doesn't necessarily mean that eggs are forthcoming. My clowns have done this for over a year without any breeding taking place.
Before I was able to get my camera out, both the male and the female were swimming right to the corner doing the shaky thing you see the male do in the video. So we will see I guess.
The anemone that you have is a condy anemone, they are not very well known for having things host them. It's actually kinda of rare for it to happen let alone a baby one
