Are my Duncan's deformed?

Idk much about corals, I'm still learning as much as I can. I haven't seen any other Duncan or info on them if mine are deformed or not. Help please.

Well I'm not any help other than to say I've never seen tenticals as long as those on the first video. Second one looks happy maybe the first one is very happy lol. Someone more knowledgeable should pop in to assist.

Are they in high flow?

Yes. Moved them because my big butt turbo snail kept knocking it off the rock it was glued to.

Its flow related. They look to be in heavier flow they will stretch more in heavy flow.

Yeah, I moved them up and on the glass because of my turbo snail. I guess it loves it there. Went from 3 heads to about 7 (4 are still small) and 4 more forming. I'm afraid to move it to the new setup once I get it ready.

They are pretty resilient corals and can handle a large range of flow and light.

Those "baby starfish" are asterina stars

Some consider them to be a part of the CUC

Others consider them pests

There is enough anecdotal evidence to say that some asterina stars eat corals or zoas

I don't have any in my tank, but if I did I would remove with extreme prejudice

I think I'll keep that one, lol. It's already got like 7 or 8 heads on it. Gonna move it to my 65g once it's ready. Just starting the set up.
