They are tiny and do not move.
I took some pictures of them under microscope:

Thanks for the help!

This is what Dino's look like and these are from my tank about 6 months ago. (Pic below) Yours look more like Green Algae or Diatom spores. Mine are more pear shaped.

🔬 What common reef dinos look like under a microscope

Here’s what we normally see:

Ostreopsis

  • Large, oval “egg” shape
  • Golden-brown color
  • Very visible internal structure

Amphidinium

  • Bean-shaped, asymmetrical
  • Moves rapidly and erratically across the slide

Prorocentrum

  • Distinctive oval “coffee bean” shape
  • Clear hinge line in the middle

Your sample:

  • Perfectly round little spheres
  • No grooves, no armor plates, no egg/bean shapes
  • No visible movement
  • Very uniform
These traits rule out dinos.

Ty for the answer,
Then, if they are not dinos, I don't know why my tank is struggling. My corals and anemones give similar simptoms when there is dino irritating them. They are not opening normally, especially the zoas.
