Wondering if this is dinos, there are a lot of very tiny spots under the microscope and nothing is moving. When I had ostreopsis, they were much bigger than these. Here are some pictures:

Sorry, photos are not sufficiently focused to make an identification.
 
And also if you can post your tank pictures in white light it will be better
