Generally, looks like those are recommendations for a Fluval light though, so any other light has the potential to be different.

Most people run lower white light too but it largely depends on user preference and coral needs.

I'm personally not a fan of blues, so I run my whites a lot higher (70%) and my blues and violets a bit lower than your photo (also 70%). I used to run red and green at 25% but I cut those channels off entirely during the ugly stage and I'll reintroduce them slowly.

Keep in mind these proportions on different lights would produce dramatically different results. My lights (Nicrew HyperReef) have a lot more white LEDs than other brands, so running things this way gives me the aesthetic I'm looking for.
