Are these two controllers the same?

My reef octo varioS 6-s skimmer controller burned up. Not sure if it was the power supply or the controller. Power port at the controller was smoking.
So are these two controllers the same.? Or should I just buy the original (first image) I do like the Wi-Fi option of the other controller (second image)

No advise to be found from me, but your reef onto controller started smoking and you’re going to buy another one?
