Are we able to host raffles??

I was just wondering if we are able to host a raffle?? In the sense of putting up a coral or coral pack and sell ____ amount of spots for $___ amount of dollars per spot. Then once all spots are filled go live on FB or Whatever and choose a winner off of Random.org. I’ve been apart of these before and it’s super fun on both ends. Just curious. If yes would you guys be interested??
