Anyone have any ideas if you can have an arrow crab in a 20g tank.
Will it escape without a lid? Is 20G too small ?
The tank is a rock nem tank with some NPS.
It has a ton off bristle worms and the tank gets fed a lot so food for the crab is not an issue .

You can always make a worm trap.

Yes and great bristle worm eater

I think it’ll be okay, one of the managers that works at my LFS is keeping one in a smaller tank and plans on training it to feed on krill. I don’t know how successful he’ll be but he’s been in the hobby for decades and a smart guy.

OK thanks people
Not worried about the worms but as long as it wont get lose I think I will go for it

I had one in a nano 13.5 sized tank. He was fairly aggressive and hunted my fish down until he caught a damsel. I don’t think you will have a problem in a 20G as long as your fish are fairly quick

No fish . Just Rock nems and a few NPS. I think there is still a peppermint in there somewhere
