O Rly?
She can double that pretty well. She was just a bit thrown off by the camera. When the kids are throwing paper airplanes around (their current preferred indoor activity), the parrot is going off like that every 5 seconds. She's no sun conure (no vids of Carrot screaming @OrchidMiss ?) or rainbow lorikeet, but she can still make you grind your teethThat's a mild scream! lol. You should hear the cockatoos! Tis the season.
LFS near me had a mudskipper display!Of course! Problem is we don't have enough reefers with mudskipper tanks for there to be awareness of their vocal prowess.
Should have gone with a blue hyacinth! Gentle giantsWe used to own a harlequin macaw, it was the loudest, most obnoxious parrot ever. It could scream so loud your ears would ring, if you reacted to it the bird would do it again, that's what it wanted. No one messes with a macaw, they are capable of opening Brazil nuts fairly easily lol. They are fairly dangerous parrots if they aren't bonded to you.
Brother, I don't judge. I mean, whatever you're into.....Black drum are capable of producing tones between 100 Hz and 500 Hz when performing mating calls.
