3-250's with a good reflectors, will do grow anything you want, imo using 400's is just overkill.

gotta trust me on this man.. T5 And 4 reefbrite strip. 1 white and 3 blues. You get the sweet colors and options with the t5 and the 4 strips of reefbrites gives you the shimmer of the halides!! end of discussion mods please close this thread. :tongue:
