Hahaha thanks mate. I don't have all that many chromis in there anymore (about 6), but I do have a dozen glass cardinals (which is probably what you are seeing - the fish that school together closely in the middle of the tank?).

They are considered a feeder fish for predator tanks, but I love them :)

I love them, such a cool little fish. Bright silver, fast moving when there is food, never stray more than a few inches from each other and are CHEAP. I pick them up for a couple bucks each (like $1.50 USD...)

Ive never seen them for sale in the US, I will have to keep my eyes out. I am thinking about adding either a lot more chromis or some yellow tail damsels

For those who don't know, I have a youtube channel that I update fairly frequently. Feel free to watch along, subscribe (or not if you prefer!) and comment on my journey. This week's video was on my trace element dosing, for which I use an Aussie product (now available worldwide) called Coral Essentials:

Great shots, Sam.
How do you get them so close and focused?
Hey Janci,

these ones I took using my usual macro lens, but also with an extension tube (which allows me to get much closer to the subject). Obviously still using the avast port hole to keep the camera dry also ;)
