Dip in coral rx, i also seal up thd bottom of the skeleton with glue to keep bristleworms and other pests out.

Not at all as demanding. I have had very good luck with lps, Kalk and a little food seems to work for me.

Its been going for quite awhile. Not a bad pump for its price. Tho the instructions can be tricky.
