We are starting to ship our new Automatic Fish Feeder next week.
Right now I am doing the last tests and fine-tuning in the ProfiLux 4 and Mini firmware, the feeder firmware and GHL Control Center software.
A new version of our app GHL Connect with all new feeder features will also be released next week.
How to set up your automatic feeder with a ProfiLux 4
In the example below I use again GCC, all features will have equivalents in GHL Connect, of course
1. Define the feeding schedule
Chose any ProfiLux timer (I use timer 29 in this example), select feeding mode, enter the times and amount of food portions.
In my example I want 3 feedings per day with varying amounts, all days except Sunday.
2. Chose a feeder (in my example it is feeder 1) and select which timer activates it
3. If a feed pause (which can shut down pumps for example) should be triggered by a feeder then select that feeder here.
Of course a feed pause can still also be triggered by a timer and/or manually.
Done. I honestly believe it couldn't be much easier while having all that flexibility.
