I ordered two yellowtail wrasses from reef beauties. One arrived fine and the other arrived visibly distressed and barely alive. I immediately contacted reef beauties through email and sent a video of the almost dead wrasse and all the other fish I ordered which were fine. They told me it was normal for wrasses to act this way which was odd since it was clearly breathing heavy. Two days later the wrasse died. I contacted them again and they said nothing could be done which wasn’t a surprise since they only offer “live arrival” on “expert” fish. All the other fish I ordered were fine but I will most likely avoid ordering from them in the future.
