Baby pods and shrimp

so come to find out my tank is loaded with baby pods and mysis shrimp I'll let the population grow for a few months then I'll get me a manderain goby

I had a Mandarin at one time, I took him back to the LFS because he annihilated the pod population in no time. I would find myself purchasing PODs from the LFS frequently and still he continued to get thinner. My tank now has many PODs again since I removed him. Good luck as they are a beautiful goby.

Yeah I figure I'll be ordering pods off the net alot

If you have a really large tank, then you may be okay as long as there are no others competing for PODs. I have a 75 with a wrasse, he too loves PODs. It was my miss judgement on purchasing the goby. But some day, I will have that big-o-tank :)

Get a mandarin from algaebarn. They are a bit more expensive ($80 i believe) but eat frozen foods. It will still eat your pods but when pod population gets low you wont have to worry because it is eating frozen as well.
