Hi All,

After keeping a 400 Ltr mixed reef for 15 odd years, I have taken the plunge again.

Setup is a Red Sea Max E 260. My Reefer Skimmer RSK600 and Red Sea Reef Mat 500 are just waiting the arrival of the Sump upgrade.

I am hoping to put the sump in the workshop on the other side of the house cavity wall, this is for ease of access " water changes / additives " etc. Is this possible due to the new pipework having to have 2 x 90 deg bends on each of the 3 pipes to get to the sump? I was thinking water noise / water restriction etc ?

any thoughts would be fantastic

Philip
