hello fellow reefers
After eight years away from saltwater I’m back.I have Been keeping freshwater and saltwater for as long as I can remember. My last saltwater was a 60g mixed reef about eight years ago. I had to sell it when I moved. Then just did fresh water but always had the itch to get back at it. My father always had fish tanks while I was growing up. So I guess he started the addiction for me. I have a 75g freshwater discus tank with 9 beautiful discus. One day I was at the LFS to buy blood worms. When I got home there was more the blood worms in the bag. They had put a fire fish in there also. So quick trip to petsmart for salt and an empty tank out of the garage i had a saltwater tank again. While on my mission to get salt my two cats got ahold of the bag that had the firefish. I found him still alive in the corner of the bag in hardly any water. I quickly mixed up some saltwater tossed in a heater and filter. Crossed my fingers thinking there was no way he would make it. No cycling no rock or sand. Six months later and a bunch of money I have my self nano reef and loving it.

Don't mind me while I look for the page that lists firefish under bloodworms!
