I broke you guys the balls with question and doubt for a while before going in holiday, so i just let you know how it ended up.

40lt net fairly new tank (4 months). I've gone in holiday for 3 weeks and no one could come up to check on the tank, so, only webcam and prayer.

I've setted up a balling system that was dosing daily 0.25kh, 2.5mg CA, lightish dose of salt without NaCi (from zoanthus balling method), unfortunately not knowing the exact formulation i had to guess...and i've guessed wrong since i think is this "salt without salt" that upped the MG, will change the balling method.

At day 1 anemone decided to got out from where it was for a month without moving adn decided that for the whole 3 weeks she was going to move, i was scared it could finish in the power head and nuke all...she did not.

In the photo all is closed since i've got home and was night and i just turned on the light to check on everything...from webcam i could see that all was opening and closing correctly.

Nothing failed, ATO did his job, skimmer also, and cheap DIY chaeto reactor exploded. Before leaving i've put 2 few grams ball of chaeto as in photo...and it just packed the reactor to block.

I've come to new form of life in the tank, some vallonia popped out and some worms and sponges too.

But in all, i did not fu... up everything. Thanks especially to you guys.

Now a good clean up and i'm off to solve problem and populate more....

Well that is how tank automation is supposed to work :)....unfortunately it usually doesn't go that smooth for that long of a time period lol.
