Welcome back...I was out for ten years and I have the Red Sea E170 and love the tank.
Skimmer can be a little finicky is my only complaint so far.
The ATO I have is

DUETTO DUAL-SENSOR COMPLETE AQUARIUM ATO SYSTEM - XP AQUA​

I really like it quiet and does the job!!!

I use a Smart ATO micro and I have been delighted with it.
