Hi. First post. Looking for some advice.
I have a Yellow Eye Kole Tang going through quarantine. I have him isolated in a quarantine/hospital tank. When I got him he had a few small white spots on one side of his face. No signs of cloudy eye. He successfully made it through 30 days of copper power at 2.0 using a Hanna checker. During that time the white spot grew, but not at an alarming rate so I stayed the course on finishing the copper. The fish also showed ich spots during the treatment so I didn't want to cut it short and didn't have a second tank to do TTM. At the end of the 30 days I did a 100% water change and started antibiotics following the Metroplex + Kanaplex + Furan-2 ten day protocol. Here I am on day 10 of the antibiotics and I am trying to figure out what to do next. I would say the spot has stabilized and kind of changed it's consistency over the last ten days but isn't showing signs of disappearing. Currently I am planning on extending the antibiotics out to day 14 and then ending. Trying to figure out what to try next or see if anyone with more experience can give a better diagnosis that sets me on a different direction. I have a few pictures. The before picture is a screen grab from a video so it is pretty fuzzy but it helps show the change over the last 40 day. Got 2 nice clear pictures of the current condition.

That's HLLE. Shows up sometimes when treating with copper or other strong meds. Here's more info on the condition and how to treat. In addition to the below info, consider adding Beta Glucan to your fish's food. Mix Food + Beta Glucan + Focus + a bit of water to get the mix to the consistency that works for you. Beta Glucan tremendously boost the immune system. Best of luck with your fish!
