I have been thinking about this thread since Matt posted it and I have also been considering the thread exploring “ Generational Change and names and Reefing Hobby” Or something like that?
Anyway it dawned on me that this site is missing a badge that has been identified by modern culture as a necessity to validate the position of all ideas and cultures and categories and causes for their unique contributions to society.

I’d like to see badges for years active on R2R!!! 5,10,15 years, etc.
Love this idea! Im wanting POTM, Hospitality Award. I had Secret Santa from 2022 but it disappears after the year which is kind of sad. Also had the R2R Partner one last year but if you don't renew it, it goes away.

I think people see the badges and put weight on there responses over others that don't have badges. It's kinda comical. LOL.
I wish the badges would disappear into Oblivion. I may be the only one that feels this way.
Maybe save some for the experts like fish medics or science guy RHF.

I know I did.... But learned who gave the best (most reliable) advice, quickly enough. Honestly though, I have met people who want to give good advice... I haven't run across many posers/trolls on here!!
I have noticed there's an odd prevalence of people who like reefs AND birds on here....
Lol... I had to look that one up, even though I restore vintage British cars for a living...
But yeah, I can see that...
But in reality it is more of a "snuggler" than a "smuggler"
