yeah homie, that would help a lot. Clear tentacles, defined tips. It REALLY matter when dealing with these three species. They are SO similar you really can't do a "kind of" type of thing.

I find majanos easy to identify now but also dont rly find them to be much of a nuisance compared to aptasia. That one i extinguish without a thought.

I don't even want to talk about Aipstasia, after my tank crash due to power outage a little while ago I got some Chaeto from a local reefer with Apstasia in it, I've got the Nudis, I've got the shrimp, and I have apstasia. I found 3 that had escaped the sump so far and they all met Joe's juice, so far no more have made it out.

I told my wife I'm willing to build an army of Peppermints if I have to.

ok take the description off of the advanced aquarist site I linked and see if you can match it to a T. If you can't or you are not sure I would nuke it personally. If you want to risk the other two, that's more of a personal call, but if you can be sure it's pseudo or regular and not Manjano then it's your call from there.

Definitely a ball anemone. I've got quite a few and they don't bother anything. During the day only the ones in a shaded spot expand but at night I can see them all over.

Thanks all. I checked on them early this morning at 0500. They were fully opened and looked incredible. Since they are not even close to any other corals, I'm going to leave them. If they get close any corals I'll bring out the big guns and waste them or maybe give them to the LFS.

I don't want to find out who would win a battle of nematocyst warfare between H. Mags and Pseudocoryactis or even regular corynactis for that matter.
H.magnifica are so lare and ball anemone are so tiny haha. My ball anemone are around palys, zoas, clam mantles, rockflowers, and nothing is affected.

My only point is I think we've all seen things as silly and meaningless as pepermient shrimp badger anemones into submission. When I got $200-$400 in a Nem that is already difficult enough, I do what I can to not add any additional stress.

I vote that you keep them. They don't hurt anything in my experience. I have many and have never had any issues
