bamboos need a lot of swimming room, eventually even more than the 200g. Biggest thing with them is water quality as they are messy housekeepers and tend to drive up nitrate yet cannot tolerate high levels of nitrate. They tend to prefer warmer water temps of 79-82 deg and per your question on food, they will better than you and I and like scallops, mussel, silversides, octopus, squid, fresh chubs and pieces of shrimp and do NOT need daily feedings as they digest food slowly. I know they need more than a 200 but when he is big enough I am going to turn that tank into a tank where he is the only fish in there and move my corals into my 300
