Banded coral shrimp cleaning puffer

Check out this video of our tank. 29 gallon tank. It's a valentini saddle puffer waiting for the shrimp to clean it the shrimp on the other hand seems a bit startled. I watched them for about 30 minutes and the puffer kept coming up to the shrimp on its side.
