Seems my let the tank set fully planted for a week and then just do top offs got everyone upset because I don't use water conditioners.

Oh well i tried.

at least with that forum they have threads on the "beaslbob builds". :wink:

HAHAHA!.. yea I have been banned from another site for the same thing. was actually part of a group of folks who were all thrown from there. started our own forum called Fishyfrolics.com. Most of those folks are over at 3reef now. some old school hobbists and we had a great time. My old tan would not have been what it was without them.

haha I've been banned from many many many things...started when I was 15 getting banned from servers on Counter-Strike lol If I can learn to behave here at R2R anyone can!

I wish that there was some kind of resolution process if you get banned or even a chance to face your accuser and protest! Lol

Most mods are like: "I don't like what you said and you are saying I am wrong so you are banned!" Or "I am having a bad day/ life, let's ban someone"

I kind of compare them to a small town traffic cop. Give them a tin badge and a ticket book and see what they do.

I don't want to call any names but the mods on a certain site seem to take great pleasure in insulting, offending, embarrassing, and humiliating the very people that they depend on to make their website a success. Then when someone protests, they ban them.

I'll have to say that this is the best site I have found as far as making the members feel welcome and comfortable. I have never had anything but courtesy from all the mods here. I guess it goes back to what your parents taught you when you were growing up. I have no way of knowing but I would imagine the membership is growing by leaps and bounds.

I agree totally! The mods at R2R seem to be more respectful and are focused on making this a successful forum! They are Not trying to make this their own online kingdom to reign over! Lol

Banned for expressing your opinion? Wow, isn't the whole point of an open forum to express opinions and ideas? Eh, don't matter to me anyway i only post here and occasionally on rc. People on here are way nicer though.
