dang rain. I moved the grill away from the house because of the smoke. I really need to get my outdoor kitchen built.

Because of rain, it’s been a few days. Last time on the grill, I made A pork butt marinated in Jamaican jerk sauce and a side of Caribbean rice and vegetable mix in coconut marinade and then sautéed.
