Smoked a bunch of pumpkin seeds from my kids' carved pumpkins. They turned out great!

I have some stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños on the itinerary to smoke.
Also a Turkey; not planning on both at the same time but what the heck.

I am trying a turkey on Thanksgiving, wish me luck. I wanted to do a Wagu brisket and a turkey in the the oven, but the wife nixed that idea.

We always deep fry, and smoke a turkey. Got mine brineing right now ready to go for thursday.

A little brown sugar, cumin, sage, coriander, ground mustard, cayenne pepper, rosemary, thyme, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some celery salt is what I use for a rub.

Just grilled some Carolina Gold Leaf red hot dog on the old busted Webber at work. Does not look like much but any chance to grill something on the clock is a win

Unfortunately my grille has been cold for months. It needs new burners, and I want to upgrade it with ceramic briquettes and holders. I would have done it already, but my wife and I have an agreement that we dont buy anything for ourselves past October.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
