Hey everyone

My bean animal style overflow is gurgling, with surging flow resulting in changing water levels in the overflow box and sump.

Here is a YouTube video showing in the overflow box

How do I minimize this gurgling and surging flow?

Do I want to restrict the flow in the primary drain so that the flow is more steady in the primary, with a stable trickle in the secondary?

The water drains down maybe 2’ and then runs another 2.5’ horizontally before dropping down a foot into the sump. I’m not sure if this has an impact with air bubble or not.

Thank you!
