If you are a torch fan like I am, I highly recommend you contact fellow reefer here @Coral Kai . I have purchased several torches from him and they are stellar quality at a great price. The darn guy even drove it out to me from 45 minutes away and personally delivered it.

My latest acquisition from him is the Malaysian gold in the very middle of my tank. It is stunning. Thanks a lot Jay - @Coral Kai .

Two colors I’m always looking for, yellow and blue. Unfortunately my tank is out of real estate. Instead of adding coral, I’m fragging and removing.

Not necessarily a bad thing. I suck at clean fragging. I always end up breaking off good stuff. I actually crumbled the stock off the torch in the left front. Only the basket was left. But the stock grew back huge.

Maybe someone has a torch like this for sale ?

It’s bold yellow day and night, but day lighting it’s purple core and actinic lighting it’s blue

For hard coral skeletons I use a dremel with a diamond blade, cuts through like it’s butter and it’s a very clean cut.

What do you do for big pieces in the tank that are encrusted and can't be removed?
Sorry my friend, I haven’t come across that! All my fragging info came from YouTube. Maybe you can start there.

I try bone cutters but unfortunately breaking things is something I excel at. What a lucky talent to have huh....

What type of coral?
Well for instance the big orange forest fire digi in the middle of my tank. Portions of it are completely shaded now and bleach white due to shading. If I try to snap dead branch ends others good parts inevitably break off to. I've lost about 1/3rd of this coral that way.

Have you looked into tools for cutting bonsai trees

I have a set. From prior bonsai days. They are essentials various size precision diagonal cutters
