Been 24hrs, is my cleaner shrimp molting or dead?!

I've had my shrimp for a couple months and has molted a few times. I've never seen it but found exoskeleton.

Seen him under live rock lil over 24 hours ago, hasn't moved so I gently netted him bc I couldn't see his body under the rock, just his antennas.

Is he hopefully still molting or pass away??????

Looks very dead to me... That's the coating you usually see around the piece of shrimp you used to cycle your tank. Sorry mate
