No other angels in this one. I was thinking that she was transitioning into a male but she seems to have no signs of orange at all. Looks pretty awesome in my opinion.Do you have any other angels of that genus in the tank?
I’d be surprised if she was transitioning to male in a tank on her own.
Wish I had my guy showing the streamers… instead he looks as if he’s the cross way between male and female really confuses me as I was told he’s fully revert a few months back but he hasnt.No other angels in this one. i think its going into being a male. Pretty sure atleast.Both streamers on the tail about 1" long.

When my ‘newly’ Male Bellus was forced back to female by a larger transitioning male Lamarck… he/she never regained the original female Bellus color pattern.Wish I had my guy showing the streamers… instead he looks as if he’s the cross way between male and female really confuses me as I was told he’s fully revert a few months back but he hasnt.
I do prefer the look of my melanospilos now as it looks like a totally separate species. But since I’m not impressed with the male Bellus coloring, I was happy with the results.
