What can I use to permanently hold my rock work together?

Is there a specific aquarium safe cement?

All input welcome.

apoxie sculpt - thinner, stickier - takes longer to cure - in or out of water.

Its a modeling compound - sold in art stores etc. Doesn't irritate the skin as much or smell. I've bought it in 2 - 2lb buckets. part A and B.
I've never used huge amounts in a stocked tank - but it doesn't seem to bother anything.

Thanks for the quick responses guys! I like the Marco rock mortar idea, I just ordered the $20 kit :)
