Best anemone for beginners

I am a huge fan of the rock flower! All different colors and shapes. They don't move around much, randomly pop babies. Seem to get along with everyone. I am combining 2 Nanos in the next couple weeks (into a 45), and have a spot where I hope to combine all my RFA. My Schexxy Shrimp also love them, and my Emeralds park under em like little roof overhangs!

What do you recommend feeding a BTA when I get one
I rarely feed mine, he gets enough through the water column. Is a big lover of a stable light source though.
Once a month would be plenty or it’s going to get big and start splitting, not always a good thing.
Mine at say 10” would take a finger nail size if fresh shrimp.

I want mine to split or grow big because I want the tank to just look like I took a anemone out of the ocean and let it grow in the tank.
