I have a small 5 gallon eshops desk mate aquarium. Trying to find an auto top off but don’t have much room. Any thoughts?
I have a tunze on my 125 and it’s been rock solid. Sorry if this has been asked already.

Best is whatever someone likes. Me I do cheap and have a backup one on the shelve just in case. Miofis is what I use and it's small and fits nice in my nano. Been working for just over a yr. now. I clean it on the regular and it never fails me.

I use a Tunze Osmolator for mine, and I love mine!

I use the cheapie ones from Amazon with the little green optical sensor on my nanos. They haven't let me down yet, and a few of them are several years old at this point. They're cheap enough that I have a couple on a shelf still new in the boxes, just in case I have a failure.

I have two of the same tank and I use:
Water reservoir: Aquarium Choice Acryli Made Liquid Storage Bucket Dosing Pump Reservoir Container (6.3 * 4.25 * 7.28 Inch;2500ml/2.5L) from amazon (https://a.co/d/d8zpohe)

Sensor and pump: Useek Auto Top Off for Saltwater Aquarium Water ATO System for Both Reef and Fresh Tank - Blue also from amazon

...I also recommend a lid as well to battle evaporation! I got custom ones made that cover both the back and front portions. For reference, the one one the right side is just over a year old and the coldwater one on the left is about 3 months old. With the lids covering 90% of the surface, the auto-top off actually doesn't run very often since there is little water escaping. I haven't filled either reservoir in at least a couple months.

I agree! I have 3 and they have yet to let me down also and very budget friendly for new reefers.
