Best choice of macro algae?

Would be great to start a thread on best macro algae choice for nano tank refugiums.

Currently have chaeto algae and its growing like crazy.

Some suggestions would be great considering a lot go asexual and can really be an issue in nano tanks.

Chaeto seems to be the most common for efficient export of nutrients, however if it is in the display tank it can take up lots of space pretty quickly...

Flame algae is a nice display macro that will not go sexual but it's nutrient export ability is much lower than chaeto. However it is a great treat for tangs and other herbivore fish.

Do you have a place to put the macro in a hidden chamber or are you looking for the best for in the display tank?
