This 4 inch fan from Amazon cost me $10.99 and cools like a beast on top of my Red Sea 170 (40 gal).

Unfortunately I don't have Hydros or Apex. I think the next best device I found is the inkbird ITC-308S. I'll probably unplug the heater once the heat wave comes.I have it connected to my Hydros. It turns on when it hits the upper temp limit and cools pretty quickly. Turns on about 4 times a day. I don't use a heater.

I have it mounted tihgtly with velcro tape on my Nicrew 150 light bracket. It aims down toward the water and cools very well unless temps reach 77F or above in the house. This 4 inch fan from Amazon cost me $10.99 and cools like a beast on top of my Red Sea 170 (40 gal).
