Im starting a ten gallon aquarium, im using nutrisea-water so I can basically put anything in whenever. I have even let it cycle for a few weeks just to be on the safe side. I have heard a whole bunch on a fish that I could be in such as clownfish, small wrasses, pj cardinals, and so on. At the same time I want color, active fish, along with corals that I will end up dragging. So any recommend fish an corals that I could use?!

I wouldn't add anything until you test the water to make sure your parameters are in line.

For a 10g I'd go with a pair of clowns and a maybe a firefish, and consider it maxed out.
Corals are only limited to the light you have and how stable you can keep parameters. Zoa, duncans, candy canes, mushrooms are all entry level corals that can provide nice color and movement.
