Behavior: Any trigger. Personal favorites being Pintail, Blue Throat, and clown triggers.
Beauty: Emperor Angelfish
Hardiness: Most Clowns
Worker: Bristletooth Tomini Tang
Price: Volitan Lionfish. Not the cheapest fish but gets more attention from those outside the hobby than anything else. One would think they are much more costly for how exotic they look to those that don't know.
All Around: Blue Throat Triggerfish. They are usually interactive and always out swimming. Pretty hardy overall and the price doesn't make you cringe. The yellow lines outlining their fins is mesmerizing and they are one of the only triggers that are reef friendly. Not the greatest worker, but the world needs models too.

I voted for "Other" - will it still fit in the aquarium when it grows up?
Some of the fish I've seen are just beautiful when they are immature and transitioning...and then they get big. I mean really big. So I always try to plan well in advance and research what size they will end up as an adult to make sure I can support them comfortably throughout their life.
Cheers,
Ray:cool:
To this I would also compatibility with tank mates.
