Best light for a cube tank

I have a 250Mh DE with 4 T5s on my 37cube. I get good spread on it.

so im leaning towards picking MH over T5 for this tank.

250W vs 400W? the tank is 24" tall - I am planning on keeping SPS, most of the SPS will be in the middle to top of the tank. Will I do fine w/ 250W ? Any preference on the lumenbright vs lumenarc? Which ballast should I opt for?

I do plan on hanging the pendant so I want something nicer.

where is the best place to purchase a lumen bright 250w pendant?

L3 Mini vs L3? which one is better or worse? They seem to be almost the same but jsut size difference to me. Anyone to chime in?
