Best lighting for anemones?

What would you say is the best level of lighting for anemones (not so much asking to open t5, LED, halide debate as much as how much light as compared to different coral species)? I've got a tank that will be primarily bubble-tip anemones with possibly a few LPS corals on the sand bed. I am planning to use a LED/t5 combo, but not sure where to dial the LEDs in at. I'm used to running them over a mixed reef, but I'm thinking that since I don't plan to have SPS, maybe I should dial them back some. Thoughts?

I'm no t an expert but in my experience my BTAs will adapt to whatever intensity I set my Reef Radiance Lumentek 240 at. I had it at 95% on blue and 65% whites. BTAs were fine but I had to dial them down for my zoas and lps and my anemones are doing great still.

Thanks! I'm thinking they probably can adapt like you're talking about. I wonder what the best lighting is though for coloring too. The two I've got in the tank now are currently a bit miffed, but I expect that's mostly the change of tank (since I moved their old lights over with them). Hopefully, I can get an idea on spectrum and intensity.

I am just using HO T'5 with one light being a 50/50 white and the other a coral deep blue. They seem to like it so thats what I am keeping. I also have an 14 royal blue led strip I leave on (kind you get for neon FW fish)
