Best size filter socks to use and why?

So I'm looking into what filter socks would be best for my redsea 260 max E with sump upgrade. In the past I've fed heavy and filtered heavy and it worked well and I was using 2x 200 micron fleece filter socks. This tank was a 440ltr at the time and it was heavily stocked with fish and was softy/ LPS tank only. I left the hobby for a year and my redsea has been up and running for 4 months and I'm going to start replacing certain bits on the system to what I want as I will try sps in this system once it has a stable biom in a year or 2.

Also considering filter roller but no experience with using one and researching them at the moment.

I like filter floss in cup over filter socks. I dont want to wash the socks. but that is me.
