I know you have to wait a while between each but is there a time I should dose them like morning, afternoon or night? Or it doesn't matter.

You should dose multiple times per day to limit alk swings. Especially as your dose increases you'll want to add even more intervals to ensure good mixing and alk stability. I dose 4 times per day/night evenly spaced currently. I would like to add even more but it's kind of a pain to update dosing levels across a bunch of intervals. Especially with a new tank where alk demands are constantly changing and you need to alter the dosing levels quite frequently.

With a new tank with a low element uptake once a day is sufficient, since the daily swing ( especially kH) is low. As the tank matures and the corals grow you will need to dose more frequently to prevent intra day swings.
I have a 350 liter tank running Triton. Currently I dose 18ml of each the 4 elements a day spaced over 12 doses. My kH swing is around 0.1 a day and intra day is even less.
