Best way to raise PH?

What is yalls way of raising the PH? I got mine up to like 8.04 but it raised my alkalinity through the roof. Now i quite dosing reef buffer and it’s going back down now. Whats the best way to maintain it?

Ideally, you'd want to figure out why its low. Then act accordingly.

Could be Co2 related, does opening a window for a few hours raise it?

I haven’t tried it but can try if I can get the windows open as it’s an older house

I use kalk and don’t really care where my alk goes as long as it stays under 12.

No… my probe Jumps all over the place.. I quit calibrating it.
