Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the best way to remove several ricordea mushrooms from a couple of pieces of live rock.

Throw out the rock. Mushrooms don't die unless you don't want them to. Joking of course. a good scrub should get them off.

Thanks for the reply, Ill try pointing a power head at them. I wasn't trying to kill them just relocate them to another part of the tank

Sometimes you have to break off the part of the rock they are on to move them.

When I've taken off ricordea before, I remove the rock and very lightly take a masonry chisel right under the foot with a hammer. I pop off the chip of rock the ricordea is attached to and done with almost no visible difference to the rock.
