So today my bi color blenny died. I had a tang die after two days of having him and I am unsure if it is related to the tang death or not. Tang died on Monday today is Wednesday. When I pulled him out of the water his head was almost completely detached. Never saw any signs of aggression towards him as my blenny was the most aggressive fish in my tank and had no problem biting anyone he felt deserved it. I am nearing my end with this hobby if I can’t figure out why my fish are dying nearing every other day.

I’m having an issue with my fish dying too. I lost my orange spotted gobi, my bi color Blenny and my dart fish yesterday. Today was my yellow tail damsel. I had an outbreak of cyano and cleaned it up. Vacuum the sand gently about 1/2 inch deep. 50 % wc. My two clowns, a brittle and a shrimp are still going strong. I have an Octo T90 take with Octo 150 skimmer. I also have 2 anemones and several pls, mushroom and softies and zoas.Water parameters as follows:
Mag 1100
Ca. 470
DKH. 8.5
PH. 8.4
Amm. 0.13
N03. 19
N02. 0.042
P04. 0.11

Sounds like you aren't quarantining. Once a fish is dead it can end up in a piwerhead or become food for other animals. Not quarantining your fish is irresponsible. I don't want to hear about you not having the space for a 10g tank or even better yet 2 so that you can cut the qt time in half. This hobby requires patience. There should be a warning patience required sold on every aquarium.
