Update: The tank is doing ok...although it could be better.
Went from 1 big RBTA to 2 to 4 and now they have taken over the top half of the tank lol
Planning to move some rock work around and possibly sell off 2-3 of the RBTAs

B-E-A-UTIFUL b series (I LOVE b series). How much power does/did it put down, got any ET times ? I'm assuming with the Sheepy setup it put down some good numbers ?

I always wanted to do an all motor b series CRX or a H series Del Sol.

Apologies for the late response. On my previous 81.5mm stock block GSR with GT30R turbo, I made 548HP 402TQ @24lbs and ran a PB of 10.9s in the 1/4 mile. This setup now is a 84mm sleeved 2.0L fully built from top to bottom with a Precision 6870 Gen2 turbo. Have not dyno'd it yet as the build is almost complete, but I am aiming for around 1000hp and hopefully low 9sec times :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Thats a good number though, still easy to putt around town with and enough power to walk most American cars. What internals did you run on the previous setup or was that an unopened block ?

My buddy back in the day had a Type R turbo EK hatch that ran a ooooold school Full Race top mount I wanna say it was a 6266 on spray, sleeved and insane head work massive cams and mild compression and it was honestly scary lol. With MT radials on route 29 in VA you were spinning in 4th just merging in traffic lol. It was fully gutted with Kirkey sets, parachute, and plexiglass windows with a hood exit before that was even a trend lol.

Previous setup was unsleeved block with 81.5mm Wiseco low comp pistons with Eagle rods. Spoolin Performance top mount manifold with the GT30R turbo. I was daily driving it previously and indeed it was super fun at that level of power lol. Now its strictly drag car and does not see the streets haha

Your buddies car sounds like an aggressive setup for the streets but definitely if that car pulled up to me, I would be scared as hell LOL

Now that sounds like a super fun ride for sure. I know when full boost kicked in it was wild.

It was a trailer quee ,but he would drive it into town when they had car wash meets and out of towners with fat pockets woukd wonder in and want to race. He eventually pulled the type r and went k with awd on meth and a humble performance built motor. He was planning on going big turbo and aiming for 1000hp but idk what happened.

What computer does the track car run ? I know the Motec with bbg and rolling antilag is a cheat code. Thats what my buddy can on his hatch.

Currently its just a hondata S300 with BBG and coil on plugs. Always wanted a motec system but thats too ballin for me lol. Was looking at Fuel Tech but we will see. Depends on how it does on the dyno later on and if updating the system will benefit or not...maybe will consider

Thank you! I always try my best to support those in the hobby as mom n pops shops instead of big box corps! :)
